Both of these clients weren't afraid to get their hands dirty. They did all of the demolition work and also called in the trades for plumbing, wiring, and drywall. Twinbrook then extended the hardwood floor into the kitchen and installed the new cabinets and crown molding.
The remodeled bathrooms featured here are both in older homes that required complete demolition down to the crawl space or basement floor. All rotted or under-sized framing was replaced to code compliance. Wiring, plumbing, and heat were all brought up to code as well by the appropriate trades.
The previous 3/4 bath and separate laundry room are now 2 bathrooms; a 1/2 bath with laundry and a 3/4 bath that is accessible to both the main house and the guest suite.
From an underused storage room and a tiny, closet-sized 1/2 bath to a roomy 3/4 bath with custom linen closet, pedestal sink, and towel warmer. The old 1/2 bath is now a much-needed coat (& more) closet.
